GRNLab

A data generator for gene regulatory networks with Hill-function kinetics, available as a MATLAB toolbox and a Python package with the same functions, options, conventions, kinetics, and figures. Every dataset comes with its ground-truth network and every parameter that produced it. GRNLab generates data; it does not infer networks.

Seeds are reproducible within each implementation, not across the two: the random-number generators differ.
